“Haven't had chance to try it with the most dazzling low sun yet. But it does definitely cut down glare significantly. Very easy to swap in and out. Dark, but not so dark as to be dangerous.”

“I have had this helmet for nearly 6 months now and this is my first review. I have not had a single moment of discomfort with it. The fit and plushness of the lining really belies the price (and there is 15% discount for first time buyers). I also got a mirror visor which fitted in seconds and I have had no issue with it. Visibility is excellent I would say and though I initially struggled to get the visor up and down with gloved hands, I could do easily now. The one thing I would have preferred would have been a microfastener and not 'double D' rings - just for ease of use - though I acknowledge these rings appear to be the default option for most 'retro' helmets. The only other thing is that I most often have to fit and re-fit my glasses correctly inside the helmet with two or three tries to get the right fit, but I imagine this is true for most helmets. Pleased with this and would certainly recommend you try it.”

“Took a chance on this ByCity helmet from Spain and it really worked out. It needed a visor for the setting sun and the silver was the way to go. Very easy to go back to the clear if it gets dark out, no tools required and simple to change. Would by it again.”

“GReat looking visor that improves the style of the helmet a lot. slighlty smoked but not too dark. Probably won't work for the winter months when it will be dark all the time but currently works very well to shade the sun.”
