“So, as far as goggles go, they’re all Pretty much the same aren’t they. That’s what I thought too, but I tried in various pairs of other brand goggles and I wasn’t entirely happy with any of them. It got to the point where I’d almost given up, but then I read a bunch of reviews for these Overland 2 goggles. Now, going on reviews is okay to a point, but more often than not, you can never get a definitive idea of whether an item is worth taking a chance on. These goggles on the other hand, had so many good reviews, I took a chance on them without trying them (or seeing them in the flesh) and I’m glad I did. They’re really light weight, really comfortable, and with 2 lenses included, definitely worth the investment. The reviews didn’t lie...these are really grey goggles! So if they’re so good, why only 4 stars? Well, I have a small face (I have an XS helmet) and the goggles don’t fit around my face completely, there are gaps around the edges in places. If the goggles had offset anchor points for the straps (like some snowboard goggles) they would sit in the helmet opening better and as such, fit around the eyes. This is likely only the case for us small headed/slim face people. They still fit better than all of the other goggles I’ve tried, so only a minor point really.”
