“I am very impressed by Urban Rider. It was the first time that I was ordering from them, excellent delivery time. Unfortunately the boots were too large so I had to send them back and the customer service was fantastic all the way through! I will definitely order again from them!”

“I've been looking for a pair of riding trainers for a while now which would suit spring/summer riding conditions and be easy to wear off the bike. I've got some Nike Air Blazers High Tops which look just like this so they look like I'm wearing my normal trainers and fit my on/off bike look perfectly. I rode in them in March, under 10 degrees outside and my feet were toasty warm. They are sturdy and well made and unlike a lot of bike boots, they aren't too bulky or stiff to walk in. The final winning point for me as I'm 6ft1 (and female) is that they don't have a massive heel on them. My new favourite riding boot.”

“Unfortunately TCX were unable to fulfill my order, or give UR an ETA. I therefore eventually reluctantly exchanged my order to the Revit Arrow riding shoes, which turned up very quickly. I would like to add that Urban Rider were brilliant to deal with throughout this order, and very helpful and pleasant. I clearly can't review the actual TCX shoe, but I've had to give a low 2 stars just because of the service from TCX (NOT Urban Rider).”
