“Easy break-in, comfortable to walk around, good combat-boot silhouette. Contrast stitching is okay, I would have preferred a natural leather layer above the sole to provide contrast (like the Stylemartin Rocket or the Rokker Urban Rebel) but that's a very minor gripe. The waterproof layer works, but even Goretex does not breath as well as no waterproof layer. Not a problem for me as I always have cold feet, but worth knowing. I'm generally a 42 or 43, and I went with a 42. I tried this boot on in a store in 41 (they didn't have larger sizes), and while I could have made the 41 work with no insole, it was too tight. 42 feels great. Hoping these last as I'm very happy with short-term impressions!”

“Fits the brief perfectly: look great on and off the bike whilst being surprisingly light for a fully protective boot. Would have appreciated if they came with a removable toe protector as the soft leather will scuff over time, but definitely only a minor gripe.”
