“Ordered an XL was sent a Small, the jumpers label and tag both stated it was a small. But the bag had XL wrote on it. Tried multiple times to contact them but had no response. So I was out of pocket for delivery cost as well as sending the item back from an error that was not mine. Not happy to say the least out of pocket nearly £10.”
