“The jacket I ordered never arrived. Getting a refund was an absolute nightmare (nearly resulted in legal action). Urban Male advise on their Web site that they're happy to help with any incident. So I emailed them TWICE, neither was ever answered and their published customer care phone number is never answered. Probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, certainly will never use again and neither should you!”
