“This was not the experience I usually enjoy from Urban Apothecary. I paid for the two bottles of lotion to be delivered to my home. Instead they were delivered to the Coop supermarket where I was advised to collect them. The notification had links to Coop sites so this smacked of a contract made between the courier (DPD) and Coop. It is not especially convenient to have to treck to the Coop and this particular outlet is known for rude and unfriendly personnel. When I did retrieve the box and opened it, the two bottles were not packed in bubble wrap as they normally are. One of the nozzles was broken. Fortunately I still had an empty bottle and was able to use the nozzle and pump from this. But still.”

This isn’t up to our usual standard and we'll be discussing this with DPD and our warehouse team.
