“Disappointing. The scent, which is fairly pleasant, does not fill even a small bedroom. If your nose is more than a few inches from the reeds it is barely noticeable. I am very disappointed to have been presented with what looks like, and is priced as, a premium product and essentially does not work.”

“This was a very disappointing purchase. Bought blind as a result of seeing it in a newspaper who reviewed it highly. I have a have bought a lot of reed diffusers in my time, and this has very poor projection - not discernable in an average size bathroom. I've put it in a smaller loo and still you need to stick your nose in it. The faint smell is very chemical and unnatural, no lavender and not really green either so I'm not sure I would want it to fill a room anyway. Wish I'd tried before I bought it. Shame because the bottle looks nice - style over substance.”

“I read a fantastic review about this diffuser on the Independent newspaper website and thought Wow!
But I’m a actually very disappointed. I live in a reasonably small 2 bed flat and started by putting the diffuser in the living room. After a few days there was a very faint smell, but nothing like I expected. I turned the reeds, but still very little.
I then put it in the bathroom, but again the aroma is extremely faint.
The Independent review talked about ‘filling your home with the smell of...etc etc, but it’s almost unnoticeable
I expected so much more, so wouldn’t buy again.”
