“Absolutely devastated with my order bought loads of diffuser refills in different scents not a single one has any emitting scent and cosmic wonderlust smells of weed!! Just awful. I have turned the sticks around several times and there is just no smell. I normally purchase neom and rituals but after reading description of each item thought would give these a try- never again only positive thing I can say is that that the sticks are good thickness and size”

I’m so sorry that your first experience with us has been disappointing. I understand how frustrating that is, especially having chosen several to try.
For reed diffusers to work at full capacity, the fragrance needs time to travel up through the reeds and scent the air in a room. A freshly filled diffuser bottle needs 24 to 48 hours for the reeds to fully saturate before the scent reaches its true strength. Our guide to help them perform at their best includes the following:
• Use all the reeds and all the liquid in your diffuser, as the more you use, the stronger the scent. Pour in the entire refill rather than topping up gradually.
• Flip the reeds once a week to boost the scent.
• Diffusers work best in enclosed rooms where the fragrance can build. In a large or open-plan space, or near an open window, a draught, or a heat source, the scent disperses more quickly.
• A room that’s occasionally opened and closed circulates the scent; a constant through-draught carries it straight out.
