“Eddie from Universal Lighting called me to advise of a couple of days delay due to the supplier incurring a delay. The lamp shades arrived before the new date however the fitting inside the shade was not compatible with our lamp base. I called Eddie and he asked if I could send him some photos. He called me back straight away and said that I needed an additional frame to make the shades suitable for our base. These would normally incur an extra charge but Eddie kindly sent them out free of charge. Outstanding service in my opinion and I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company. Thanks again Eddie.”

“After being told my first choice of shade colour was not available, I was offered an alternative which was very similar to the original and I was more than happy to accept that colour. Chloe was very helpful with this regard.”
