“A SUPERB TABLE LAMP SHADE!!! Eleven inches in height, this is very well crafted and durably constructed. Its fabric has a lightly attractive, vertically uniformed wooden grain-like texture and touch. This is particularly visible when illuminated. The advertised champagne colour is precisely that and so therefore is somewhat lighter than the accompanying photograph may suggest. It does not at all have a light, leather-tanned appearance. Its soft inner lining is purely white. Please be aware that for this particular model, you will require a separate, suitably sized but inexpensive shade carrier to seat the shade over your lamp. The advantage of this is that unlike many other lighting shades with only a standard, built-in, horizontally fixed inner bracket, a carrier allows a number of alternatively placed angles to temporarily but securely re-position it for such purposes as reading and close work. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! If uncertain, please do not hesitate to speak with Universal Lighting's customer services who will most helpfully advise.”
