“This is the 6th light fitting I have purchased from Universal lighting. Unlike the others this one and the 5 arm matching one are not of the high standard I have come to expect. I like the style very much but the finish in places is poor. Universal have been excellent and replaced the first one but I would still say that the finish is not perfect on the chrome and that is what I expect. I have kept both light fittings as I really like the design but would not order from this manufacturer again.”
