“Ordered two wall lights,two ceiling lights and the up lighter. One on the wall and one of the ceiling glass inserts were damaged and the up lighter had not had the glass insert included. However Eddie and Emma from Universal bent over backwards to ensure I had replacements sent within the day. Excellent customer service and the lights are beautiful and very stylish.”
