“I’m delighted with the Banker’s lamp I bought & it fits perfectly on my desk. The service I received was excellent. There was a flaw in the glass & when I contacted Universal Lighting customer services they could not have been more helpful. Eddie, the customer services staff member, arranged for a new lamp to be sent to me from the manufacturer and for the faulty one to be collected from my home on days to suit me. The good service I experienced will ensure I use the company again.”
