“I am delighted with my order, and Chloe at Universal was amazingly helpful and friendly, to the extent of taking close-up photos of two pink shades to email me so that I could check which shade suited my decor best. I was very impressed with the personalised service, so rare in internet companies these days, even to the extent of the phone being answered by an actual person - Chloe - instead of by a multi choice machine - and Chloe personally dealt with my entire ordering query without passing me on to someone else/another department to deal with. Amazing! I really can’t recommend the company (and staff member!) highly enough.”

“Nice quality for the price. A little short to use with candle lightbulbs but the company suggested using small golfball bulbs and the fit is better, but would be best if they were about a centimetre taller. However the colour range is good and I would buy from this company again.”

“Fantastic service, product and value for money. Within 10 minutes of ordering online (Friday) I had a very friendly phone call confirming the order and delivery would be Tuesday. The lampshades are lovely quality and incredibly cheap. Cannot fault anything about the service or product. Will definitely use again. Thanks”
