“Unfortunately you won't want to read this review - it arrived very well packed but in opening discovered it was totally bashed, not only that, the fitment to suit a standard lamp was far too large - hence the lamp shade is in the bucket. Extremely disappointed.”

“I bought a cream one. Very well made for a budget end shade, nevertheless it was packed with the utmost care. Customer service is outstanding. Emma is trying to help me with another order to ensure I get exactly what I want for an old but loved lamp base. I highly recommend this firm and I'm very glad I found them. “As there didn't appear to be anywhere to say which colour I wanted, I put it in the extra information box at checkout - and received a phone call to say that was the correct thing to do and to tell me when it would be delivered. How's that for good customer relations! Received an email to say what time it would be arriving on the day - and it did. Would recommend”
