“I ordered 2 lampshades, which I had been unable to find anywhere else. Following my online order I was telephoned the next morning to confirm my order, and although the items were not in stock, Universal lighting ordered them in and they were delivered within days. Very well packaged and exactly as the description. Excellent service and very reasonably priced”
