“I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. THE STAFF LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING INCLUDING DELIVERY TIMES, ITEMS IN STOCK AND THEIR REFUND POLICY. I WOULD RATHER HAVE RATS CHEW MY EYES OUT WHILST I AM ALIVE THEN BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BEWARE”

Hi James, I am very surprised to have received this negative review as all feedback from my staff indicated that you were more than happy with the service you received before and while waiting for your order. We take all feedback very seriously and am disappointed to hear that you did not have the experience you wanted with us. Our delivery times are quoted at the time of order, and I can see your order was delivered a day later than anticipated and can understand your frustration about this delay. When we don't have items in stock we bring them in from our suppliers, this doesn't usually affect our delivery times. Our refund policy states that you will receive your refund within 7 working days which you were advised and your payment was refunded within this time.
