“The light fitting is of good quality and we are very happy with it. My only concern was the huge block of polystyrene that this item was encased in, it made the shade difficult to extract and created a mess. We also now have to find a way to dispose of it. As I am concerned about the environment I would not order an item like this again UNLESS the listing made it clear that the protective packing was made from FULLY compostable materials - we have received similar items from elsewhere where plant based packing has been used. Throughout the ordering of this product the online shop people were very pleasant and helpful, I really hope that they are able to resolve this environmental packaging problem.”
