“I congratulate 'Universal Lighting' on their efficiency and customer guidance. Initially I purchased the wrong product; totally my fault! Within 5 mins of me placing the order and asking a question (on-line) my telephone rang and Chloe discussed other options more suited for what I was after. She immediately emailed me other options, I then choose a new product and Chloe dealt with my refund. The item was well packaged, it could have been dropped from the moon and it would not have broken! Also inside the packaging was a hand written message to thank me for my purchase. Any future lighting products will be purchased through Universal Lighting. Oh yes, the Over Mirror light is perfect, good light, easy to fit and looks very nice!
