“The pre and post sales experience with Universal Lighting Services Ltd was second to none. All my queries were handled politely, quickly and in a very positive and friendly manner. Delivery was extremely quick and the item was well packed using two boxes one inside the other and packing in between. The goods were exactly as advertised material, size and colour. I would have no hesitation at purchasing this item again or using this company or recommending them.”

“Just purchased this porch lantern and it is beautiful. Really pleased with it. Also, have to say the service we received was first class. Arrived a couple of days after purchase and when I asked for extra chain for the light it was sent out free of charge. Fantastic service. Would certainly recommend.”
