“I ordered this light online and then received a phone call to say that the light was out of stock, but should be available in a few weeks. The woman who phoned was very pleasant and helpful. She called me back, as she said she would, a couple of weeks later to confirm that the light was coming in stock again and would be sent out the following week. She called again the day before the delivery, again to confirm the delivery. I found the customer service to be excellent and I really appreciated how she kept in touch with me regarding the order status. The delivery came as expected and the light itself is absolutely beautiful. I am delighted with it.”
