“Two words - absolutely gorgeous! The most beautiful lantern, that more than lives up to its photo and price tag. It was packed exceptionally well; using minimum packing. Other suppers and not cheap ones, have left me mortified at the use of solid polystyrene. Horrendous to unpack; to say nothing if the utter mess disposing of the packaging. In addition, Universal lighting were beyond exceptional, from start to finish. All staff that I dealt with were kind and helpful- keeping me informed of the progress and expected drlivery; plus answering questions, etc. I am absolutely thrilled with both the supplier and product. First class!”
