“Robust, easy to fit with simple wiring knowledge. Perfect lighting levels but it’s no floodlight. DELICATE adjustment controls, BE GENTLE. make sure the weatherproof cover is firmly attached as water can seep straight onto delicate electronics. Good instructions and a first-class service from this company including a personal call and an insert signed by the staff. Never had that before. I’ll certainly use this company again.”

“Had an early issue with a similar light but reassured by universal and they sent a replacement by return. Now fitted in place and working without any problems. Only dual light level lamp I could find on the internet. Wanted one as our previous house had one fitted which we found to be very effective in providing low lighting at the front door through the night which brightens up when visitors approach.”

“Oh, how disappointing. Poor quality plastic Chinese import. Lux control came away whilst wiring / setting up but still seems to function. Will know more when fixed in position but cannot of course get a refund when this has been done. Down to B&Q or Homebase when I next purchase where I can judge the quality of a product before purchase.”
