“Ordered standard lamp and matching table lamp. Standard lamp came first but shade was slightly damaged. Spoke to UL who arranged a replacement without any questions an this arrived within a couple of days by DPD whose service was superb.Table lamp arrived earlier than expected, bearing in mind few days before Christmas, all in order. We are indeed very pleased with the quality of the goods and the superb service from UL. The delivery firm were also very good and being able to have a precise time of delivery and able to track the movement of the parcels avoided unnecessary waiting around Thank you all for the wonderful service I would certainly recommend this small business.”
