“I was notified that the items were out of stock as soon as I ordered and was given an expected delivery date. This was accurate and I received the products two weeks later as promised. The lamp shades are good quality and look exactly like those I chose . Delighted with the service, would definitely use Universal again as they kept me up-to-date with progress throughout the transaction.”
