“I found the exact light fitting on line at a 20% price saving including delivery, I had already paid for the one from Universal who were not interested in offering a discount...... Disappointed, quite willing to support local business but not at this cost.”

“Very pleased with the excellent service from Universal Lighting - they have a very good stand out personal touch. The product is what I expected and very happy with it. Only thing that would have made it better would be operating instructions for the lamp, but getting there with that.”
