“I am very pleased with this purchase - it looks exactly like it does on the website. I was impressed with the service I received from Universal Lighting which included a telephone call to confirm my order was being processed and to thank me for my order. It also arrived promptly. One small criticism is the internal packaging which contained a lot of broken polystyrene which went everywhere when trying to extract the lamp from the box. Overall a good purchasing experience.”
