“After some initial problems with wrong bits everything was quickly and effectively sorted out with the intervention of Debrah and our lights are looking splendid. Excellent customer service.”

“On installation, the lights proved to have some incorrect components - 2 of the finials were of the wrong type and you have been asked to supply replacements. There was also a problem with a fixing screw and again, this has been reported. The fixings, on first inspection, seemed to be a bit lighter weight than expected but their appearance after installation is good.”
