“Actual item was ok, the delivery & after service let it down with false promises of delivery deadlines not being met. They only use DPD, i would avoid them like the plague. In future i would go elsewhere as the cheap courier options they use is not sufficient with a high purchase value.”

I can see that the delivery of your light was delayed due to exceptional seasonal delivery issues. We did keep you updated with delivery times, but subsequent issues with a missing part have ultimately led you to return your order to us, and we have since issued a full refund.
