“The light was as expected and will look good when installed however the attention to detail in assembly is an issue because the wall bracket needs to be installed at and angle ( not horizontally) in order for the lights to sit vertically. Getting the right angle when installing the bracket is extremely difficult. If proper Quality Assurance had been done during assembly this would not have been an issue. We have had the same issue with one of the two single lights brought if this style and indicates it is not an isolated problem. But a generic fault in the QA of this product”

Hello Ian and thank you for taking time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear of your troubles. Installation is quite straight forward. The nut inside the wall bracket should be loosened slightly. The mount is then attached to the wall perfectly level and the bracket attached. The arm can now be turned to ensure that it is upright. The nut is then tightened to hold everything perfectly in line. Please contact me if you continue to encounter any problems. Kind regards, Sye.
