“Small size and shape just as wanted. Not easy to secure shade to base despite fitting tool supplied so it is easy to cross thread. Works well. Expensive postage and took eight days to arrive after ordering.”

We’re delighted to hear that the product was exactly what you were looking for and that it’s working well for you. Regarding the shade attachment, thank you for mentioning the difficulty securing it to the base. Although the fitting tool is supplied, we understand that it can be a bit fiddly and easy to cross thread. We’ve noted this and will pass it on to our supplier so we can improve the user experience for future customers. We’re also very sorry to hear that delivery took eight days. That’s not the level of service we aim for. We expect parcels to arrive much sooner, and we’re currently reviewing this with our courier to prevent delays like this from happening again.
