“Really good quality lamp shades. Excellent service. Thank you. This isn’t an issue with the product directly but the colour is lighter than I thought it would be. The colour looks really different in my lounge. Getting the right colour/shade can be a typical problem when buying online.”

“Excellent, product, high quality for a low price, so glad I came across you on line. Very happy with the fabric, shape and finish of these shades, which look perfect on my antique lamps. Fantastic customer service and very speedy delivery and safe packaging. I had viewed similar shades for twice the price in a top, top, quality high end High Street chain. I recommend Universal Lighting highly if this one purchase is anything to go by. ( After all, the royal family don't often get it wrong with the quality of their purchases do they?...!)”

“Really good value for money. Lovely dove grey colour with light off and has a slightly more taupe hue with warm lamp bulb. Looks expensive. Well packaged.”
