“The team, especially Debbie, were marvellous at keeping me informed all the way. The table lamp shade was more a hessian colour when lit. So too dark for me but my sister was quick to take on new ownership of the shade. I couldn't have returned it anyway the team took so much trouble in getting it to me in the first place!”
