“Nice looking lampshade but be warned it is oval not round. Nothing in the description to indicate this. Two diameter measurements or 2 photos would have been useful. After getting over the shock I decided that I could place the standard lamp somewhere where this would not detract and I can place it nearer the wall so some benefit. It is generally well made with attractive silk-like material and lined. It looks good unlit and lit. My only criticism of the quality is that the bottom trim is folded over at the join which makes for excess bulk and a small unattractive lump in the profile of the shade. My old lampshade was trimmed in a better way without causing a lump.”
