“I was called prior to the lights being delivered to inform us of despatch - it made a nice change to speak to a live person!! Actually been waiting since the beginning of April to see my lights on our walls as I ordered them early to make sure I got the ones I wanted. One edge on one of the shades was a little rough but really no problem and I just love them now the decorating is completed & they are actually on the walls. They co-ordinate with the other lights in the rooms really well, just as I envisaged.”

“Fast service and I was advised the lights would be delivered the next day. They duly arrived and are very nice quality light fittings which are only let down by the quality of the pull cord light switch. My husband found this didn’t always operate successfully. However with a bit of perseverance we have got the switches working now. Great value for money.”

“The lights were dispatched promptly, with a courtesy call to say that they had been sent, which was a nice touch. They arrived well packaged and overall they looked good, so we were pleased with our choice. Unfortunately, one of the glass shades was a little rough on two of the edges and there was a small blemish on the brazing of the metalwork too. These small faults were not thought very noticeable, so we didn't ask for a replacement, but I've deducted one star because the pair weren't perfect.”

“Placed my order and the wall light arrived the next day, well packaged. I even received a telephone call from a member of the team there thanking me for my order and telling me the light had been despatched....great professional service. On opening, I was more than pleased with the quality of the wall light, looks excellent, would recommend.”
