“Hello - Firstly, we like the fittings - exactly what we hoped for. Secondly, as three out of the five ordered arrived completely smashed inside their boxes you can draw your own conclusions. Our opinion of your service will depend on how soon you can supply us with three replacement fittings, whole, undamaged and in new and perfect condition! Please, somebody check them first!”

Hello Adrian, I am aware that you were in touch with our general manager Mark on 1st February and he is in the process of resolving this issue. Replacements are under way and should be with you early next week. Things are taking a little longer to achieve due to the current situation. As always, Eddie will keep you updated with the progress.
