“These lights look very nice: smooth good quality stainless steel. Although the casing is plastic and weighs almost nothing,once it is fixed to the wall it feels solid enough. The instructions are minimal and it took me ages to figure out where the Time + Sensitivity adjustments were (under the little hood of the motion sensor). Another minor design flaw is that the layout of the wiring makes connections fiddly... but not impossible! I haven't had them long enough to comment on the performance/ sensitivity of the PIR. I ordered two of these to replace my previous front porch lights which had rusted after 18 mths... will have to see how these perform, but with 3 yrs warranty and following the recommendations of Universal Lighting for 'care of stainless steel lights', I am cautiously optimistic. The service at Universal Lighting is excellent: I received a phone call to keep me appraised of delivery delays (just a week)... and a sample of protective oil. I would definitely come back for any other lighting needs.”
