“Have been using the light fitting for a while now and it seems fine - four stars for the light, but no stars for the DPD delivery service used by Universal Lighting. I took a whole day off work and at 11am UL/DPD sent me an email headed 'Your request to change your delivery date'! NOT my request, but their inability to deliver due to sickness (which was probably known early in the morning). It was too late for me to go into work that day and I had to pay £5 to secure a delivery slot the next morning so I only had to take another half day's leave. The cost of taking time off was more than I paid for the light fitting, so I won't be using Universal Lighting again until they get a more reliable courier and one who offers at least an am/pm choice of delivery.”
