“The item was delivered with a label attached to the manufactures retail packaging together with a vast amount of sellotape to ensure that box didn't open in transit. This meant I had to wreck the outer packaging to get into the contents which appeared to be OK. They were not because the arm holding the lamp does not lie horizontally. I do not wish to attempt a repair as I might damage the unit further and repacking it to send it back for a replacement is going to be difficult to find suitable packaging.”

Our packing team are normally meticulous when preparing our customer's orders for delivery.
