“Absolutely nothing wrong with the bulb except for the fact that unfortunately it doesn't fit through the aperture in the glass sphere "shade" of my lamp, so can't actually be used. Other than that; perfect. Universal Lighting Services' service cannot be faulted. Lots of friendly advice, replacement bulb of a size that does fit sent super-rapidly and they even let me have it for free plus gave me the £1 difference in value between it and the wrong bulb that had been sent. They didn't want the "wrong" bulb back, either, so all round huge amount of goodwill and an excellent company.”
