Hello Gemma, thank you for leaving your valuable review for your recent purchase. I can see that you have already reported this to us and have initiated a return for this item. Slight colour variations can occur depending on the device you are using to view the images meaning that the image seen on one screen may differ slightly on another. This can be due to individual screen settings like brightness, contrast, and colour temperature, as well as the viewing angle and ambient lighting conditions. “We bought the lamps for our 30th anniversary & they are perfect. The switch on top of one of the lamps was a bit stiff to start with, but it's ok now. Also, we did see the lamps at a cheaper price on another website, after we had purchased our lamps,which was mildly annoying, but because of the service we received from universal lighting we don't mind so much ! The delivery was prompt, the packaging was excellent & overall very satisfied, thankyou.”
