“The light is everything we hoped for. It looks stylish and gives great even light in the kitchen. The instructions were not included and a picture would have been good but the electrician managed it without. Would recommend Universal and this particular light.”

“Bought this light at a reduced price and I am very pleased with it. Had to wait to get an electrician in to fit it, but now it is. it gives great light, looks good and was relatively easy to assemble and fit. However, there are few instructions with it and no assembly diagram, so best left to the professionals.”

“Purchased 2 lamps in July and they arrived superfastObviously on the internet with only an image to go by you are never 100% sure of what you are going to get. On opening the box I felt that the main body of the lamp looked good but that the plastic tube covers looked unfinished at the ends. The lamps were fitted in August along with a new kitchen and look great with so much better light than the previous spots. Its difficult to find modern looking fluorescents ..... so well done Universal.”

“We haven't fitted the lights yet as we are in the process of having our kitchen ceiling re-plastered but they look really good in the box! After having spotlights for a few years and always moaning that I couldn't see properly all over the kitchen I started a search for fluorescent fittings and found these stylish ones. I am so happy that I found Universal Lighting Services as their service is second to none. Quick delivery, superb packaging and courteous service on the phone when I had queries. What more can I say, I am recommending this company to builder friends and that I will be buying from them in future.”
