“I purchased this lamp for my Son and Daughter-in-law, they are extremely pleased and looks fantastic in their lounge. I myself could not recommend more highly with the service I received. Not only did I receive regular emails from Universal but also a lovely voicemail message confirming my order had been received and what would happen next. Also the delivery company were extremely informative on delivery via text and all went like clockwork. I will definitely be using you again, it was very professional service and loved the time taken to call me personally.”

“Very pleased with the lamp. Very well made and finished, and looks great. Assembly instructions were clear and concise - although not they were really required. Extremely well packaged, practically no chance of being damaged in transit! Universal lighting kept me informed via e mails and also by phone which is a pleasant change these days.... Courier company delivered within the time parameters and again progress could be tracked, not that I did. In conclusion. Would I use Universal Lighting again. Absolutely without hesitation.”
