“The Lamp we purchased was very high quality and exactly as described. The service we received was excellent.I asked for it to be delivered on a particular day and I received a call the day after I ordered it to say when it would be despatched.Then I received a text telling me that it had been despatched and would be with me on the day I requested. All in all ,I was very impressed with both the lamp and the customer service. Well done !”

“Unfortunately this lamp was not exactly what I was looking for so had to return. However, I will be using Universal Lighting again as their customer care was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and a big thank you to Chloe-Anne for trying to find another lamp for me.”

“Extremely well packaged and high quality courier service - neither could be faulted. Very pleased with lamp which is a charming addition to our hall providing a beautiful focus of colour exactly what we needed. Service excellent - the telephone call confirming order a charming touch / even though I wasn't there.”
