“I am delighted with my new wall lights, they look just like they do on the website. Customer service is second to none, placed the order on Sunday evening, received a phone call on Monday to say the lights were being delivered on Tuesday. Extremely efficient and would certainly recommend Universal Lighting to anyone.”

“Elegant Art Deco lights, I ordered 2 a couple of years ago and I've just purchased another 2. They create a lovely sunbeam effect on the wall when switched on. Fast delivery and arrived in the time slot stated. I absolutely love them!!!”

The lights were delivered within 48 hours of ordering, I received an email and then a text from the delivery company, stating the l hour delivery slot, and I am pleased to say they did indeed arrive within the time slot. “I am writing to say how delighted I have been with the service I received having ordered 2 relatively inexpensive lights from you. I ordered online on Saturday, I received a telephone call from you on Monday advising when the lights would arrive and I was kept informed by the delivery service via text before the scheduled and actual arrival time on Tuesday. The product is fantastic, the service superb and personal and the delivery efficient. I'm now looking for something else to buy from you!!! Very impressive, Cathy”
