“I found this company via a search engine and was immediately impressed by the style and price range of the products. After placing my order over the internet I received a personal call from a member of staff thanking me for placing the order and that it would be with me very soon - or words to that effect as it was a voice-mail message. It duly arrived, solidly packed and I love it! It included a nice note again thanking me for my order. I was so impressed by the company's personal nature I telephoned them to tell them myself and spoke to a very nice lady! My electrician has yet to hang the chandelier but unless it blows up half the street when connected to the national grid I feel sure it will add a great finishing touch to my room!”
