“This is a nice-looking unit and works as it says. My only comment is that I rather doubt the designer tried installing it on a real house wall while standing on a ladder. The gasket between the baseplate and the lamp is hard to keep in place - I ended up securing it with a couple of dabs of superglue. The bolts which join the two parts have a habit of sliding out the back when the unit is installed on a rough brick wall - some sticky tape helps. And there isn't a lot of room for the wires and the cable connecter within the unit, given the position of the light detector. But I succeeded in the end.”
