“I had looked for a moderately priced, gold coloured light fitting for almost a year before l found this. I am really happy with it and with the service from Universal Lighting. It was reassuring to receive mail from a named contact re delivery etc. I didn’t need it as everything was fine but it was good to know. Your company was recommended to me by a friend and I am very grateful to her. I have already recommended you to someone else. My only comment is that in your email you suggest signing to say that I had accepted the parcel “unexamined” but the delivery driver said there was nothing to sign. Not a problem for me as the light fitting was fine but just wanted to let you know.”

“Looked for ages to find a suitable light fitting to suit my decor and low ceiling. This one is a bigger version of the small one I have. Just need to find an electrician to fit it. Pleased with the telephone call( although I missed it).”

“After days of searching for the right light to suit our room we found this one, and although we haven't fitted it yet the light seems to be good quality.
