“I was unable to view these and bought on line. Unfortunately they were not suitable for where I wanted to use them (too big). Universal kindly offered to either find something better for the application or give a refund. I received a refund in good time, very pleased with service.”

“The light is exactly what we wanted, found from Universal's website. We were called the day after ordering online to say thanks for the order and telling us of the dispatch date. The usual emails followed ref the order confirmation and delivery. Thanks. good service and would use again.”

“I'm very pleased with this light: it's good quality, classy-looking and gives off a lovely clear bright light with the recommended 60w bulb. I may yet come back for the double lights for my living room. The light was out of stock when I ordered but came in within a couple of weeks and the service from Universal Lighting was excellent. They kept me updated with emails and telephone calls right up to delivery. I would definitely recommend them.”
